Cancellation & Deposit Policy – Certified LymphCare

At Certified LymphCare, we value your time and the time of our therapists. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we maintain a clear cancellation and deposit policy.


24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or
reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.


Deposit Policy: A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your session, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If services are denied the day of appointment due to a medical concerns such as infection or wound complications, your deposit will be retained.


Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time. The full session fee will still apply.


No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future booking

Other Terms and Conditions

Services may be HSA/FSA eligible (check with your provider) Documentation can be
provided for claim submittal.


Packages must be used within 3-6 months (see package description for specifics)


Medical referral not required, but encouraged for post-surgical or oncology cases.

Services may be denied the day of appointment due to a medical concern such as infection or wound complications. Please call your healthcare advisor if you have a spreading red rash, increased warmth and swelling, new or worsening pain, and potentially fever and chills. Other symptoms can include skin dimpling, blistering, skin that looks dimpled, and tender, swollen lymph nodes in the area. Seek medical attention right away if you notice a very large, rapidly spreading red area, high fever, or confusion.
